Unless shipping is upgraded at checkout, orders are shipped via USPS First Class. The average First Class rate for single items is $3. Average Priority rate is $7.
We only ship internationally to Canada, Mexico, Denmark, and the United Kingdom.
If purchased item is in stock, the order will be shipped within 2 business days. If purchased item is made to order, please allow up to 7 business days for production. Production times may be longer during the holiday season.
First Class shipments within the United States should arrive within 7-14 days from shipment date. Priority shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-3 days from shipment date.
Both First Class and Priority shipments include tracking. Priority shipments include $50 of insurance, too.
International shipments may take up to 8 weeks to arrive. Fabled Treasures is not responsible for delays in postage delivery and/or delays in customs. VAT, Import, Excise and other Duty fees are not included in the purchase price. Please check with your Post Office first for applicable Duty and Excise Taxes before placing an order.
Fabled Treasures takes pride in crafting products with quality workmanship and materials. Your satisfaction is my goal, and all work is 100% guaranteed against poor workmanship. If your piece breaks or has other quality issues, please contact me. A repair, replacement, or refund will be made as needed.
Refund or exchange requests for other reasons may be made within 30 days. Please contact me with your request. Returns must be made in accordance with the Returns Policy.
You may return your order within 30 days of shipment date for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. In order to expedite the returns process, please contact me before making a return.
Your return must include all items in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Original shipping cost is non-refundable as well. No refund will be issued until the returned goods have been received. Tracking is recommended for your return. Fabled Treasures is not responsible for lost shipments of returned merchandise.
Purchases that are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
